The precision investment casting process
involves making of a disposable wax pattern by injection specially
prepared wax into a metal die. The resulting wax patterns are
then assembled on to a runner system to form a cluster.

slurry (investing) and coatings. Then the ceramic shell mould
is de-waxed and fired at a high temperature to sinter. The ceramic
mould is then filled with molten metal, which solidifies in the
shape of original wax pattern.
After casting has frozen, the ceramic
mould is broken away from casting parts. Finally casting parties
processed at finishing area to the requirements of the customer.
